Tiny Dancer...

Image
This day I sat with two of my daughters for lunch at Disneyland while my granddaughter finished her food quickly to dance to the band's bebop music.  We both turned toward each other simultaneously, me with my camera on video mode ready to shoot this clip as I chewed on my pasta and her spontaneous reaction to the music!

A Hug from Sister

Image
At a family picnic recently and my sister said "Mary get your camera!"  My youngest granddaughter ran to her sister.  Sweet Siblings...instinctively know what to do.   Warms my heart...Thanks to my sister I can share it with you.

My Gordy...he simply is my darling little grandson.  He asks the most profound questions when I least expect...love him so much!

Look at "Janknowski," my nickname I gave to her after the movie "Water for Elephants, as she  gazes at the magazines to do as she pleases.  I think she is aware that there are no siblings along side her to overtake her "alone-to-do-what-I-please-moment."  Being adorably the youngest of five children she is often too irresistible to pick up and squeeze.  This happens quite often, much to her displeasure so with rare moments like these she has learned to seize the moment (while she can).  To be honest it was a temptation for me to pick her up and squeeze her too!  I caught a glimpse of Jankowski's sister entertaining herself with her brother's skateboard.   She has discovered that self teaching classes are best learned in a safe position. This is called the "roll with the hands" technique.

Disneyland is Never Boring

Mickey's welcoming smile     Here's the thing, I was trying to remember how many times have I walked through the Disneyland entrance.  I am fortunate to live within minutes. So for every year I have been alive, let's just say I have seen lots of rides come and go and ride upgrades, that would make a grand total of ALOT of visits!       Why do I keep returning to the Magical Kingdom? Here's why...
