Nana & Papa do Braggadocios

My daughter gave me cute "Little Kitty" patches and said "Mom you can think of something to do with them."  My girl knows me well.  Below are the steps it took to make a trendy headband for my granddaughter. I only had to purchase the headband.  A local store sells two for $1; and they are soft!  Ribbon and thread I had in my sewing room.   Cheap to make but a priceless gift made with Nana's love! These past few two weeks have been busy busy busy for this Nana.   My second semester classes have increased by three classes, another day of the week of teaching and a very large cast in my theater classes! These statistics are welcomed indeed, this means this Nana teacher is consistently busy.  I was ready for a weekend rest. The following photos restored my tired mind...and enriched my learning soul and I got to spend time with my grandboys!
